Regional Sponsored Migration Scheme Requirements
- Must hold subclass 457 or subclass 482 and eligible for transitional arrangement
- The applicant worked full time to the employer in a regional Australia for at least 2 years or 3 years (vary dependence on circumstances)
- Must been nominated by an Australian employer
- Be under 45 years old
- Must meet English language requirements (exemption applies)

- Sponsor de facto partner or spouse to join in Australia permanently
- Sponsor dependent child up below 25 years of age to join in Australia permanently
- Sponsor close relative to migrate in Australia under General Skilled Migration (GSM) program
