It allows the invited skilled workers which occupation is available and in need by the Australian government to live and work in Australia Permanently.

Points-Tested Stream Requirements

Must nominate an occupation listed on the Skilled Migration Occupation Lists
Must have a positive Skilled Assessment assessed by the relevant authority
Must have at least a Competent English (eg. IELTS at least minimum 6 each bands)
Must meet the required pass mark for the points test
Must be invited to apply under the SkillSelect
