Singaporean citizens who are fully vaccinated will be able to travel to Australia starting 21 November 2021

Singaporean citizens who are considered fully vaccinated will be able to travel to Australia without seeking a travel exemption and quarantine-free to participating states or territories starting 21 November 2021. To be eligible, travellers must:
- Hold a valid Australian visa
- Must be fully vaccinated with a Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) approved or recognised vaccine
- Depart from Singapore and arrive in a participating Australian state or territory (New South Wales, Victoria and the Australian Capital Territory)
- Provide proof of their vaccination status
- Present a negative COVID-19 Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) test result taken three days before departure.
Eligible travellers will also be asked to complete an Australia Travel Declaration (ATD) at least 72 hours before departure. Also, will not need to have been in Singapore for 14 days before their proposed travel.
States and territories are responsible for determining and managing quarantine arrangements.
