GREAT NEWS: Australia reached 80% of people over the age of 16 are fully vaccinated
Prime Minister Scott Morrison announced today, 06 November 2021, that Australia reached the target of 80% of all Australians aged over 16 are now fully vaccinated as set out in the National Plan.

As of 5 November, Australia reached 89.2% of people over the age of 16 have had at least one dose, and 80.2% of people over the age of 16 are fully vaccinated.
Australian Capital Territory (ACT), New South Wales (NSW), and Victoria (VIC) have the leading percentages of the first dose, corresponding >99%, 93.9% and 92.2%.
ACT, NSW and VIC have more than 80% of their people aged 16+ are now fully vaccinated.
The Australian Government vaccine rollouts empower the National plan “Four-Phase Plan” as Australia is on track to reach the vaccination targets to emerge from the COVID-19 pandemic and reopen to international visitors.
“There are more vaccines and there is plenty for everyone to ensure that right across the country, everyone can have their two doses. And we all need to take this path back to normal life together.” Scott Morrison Stated.
