The Department of Home Affairs announced last 18 August 2021 the updated travel restrictions and exemptions, which states that the Prospective Marriage (subclass 300) visa holders and those who applied for subclass 300 visas for at least twelve months before applying for travel exemption are NOW ELIGIBLE FOR TRAVEL EXEMPTION.
